Mediumship Reading – A Connection Through Energy and Memory A quiet moment to connect with those who have passed on. In this heartfelt session, I open a space to connect with loved ones who have crossed over, using psychometry — the art of reading the energetic imprint held within personal objects. You are invited to bring an item that once belonged to the person you wish to connect with — something they wore, touched, or cherished. By tuning into the subtle energy held in that item, I am able to sense impressions, emotions, images, and messages from spirit. This is a gentle, spirit-led process — every reading is unique. Sometimes memories rise. Other times it’s a phrase, a personality trait, or a symbolic message. I work with sensitivity, care, and a deep respect for the space we’re entering together. Please note: While I always set the intention to connect with the loved one you have in mind, I cannot guarantee who will come through. Sometimes another spirit steps forward — one who has a message, or a connection that may not have been expected. This reading is offered as a space for insight, reflection, and spiritual connection, guided by what naturally comes through.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation: When a booking is made through our website, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms the details of your reservation, including the date, time, and service or product you’ve chosen. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us directly to ensure your booking has been successfully processed. 2. Payment: Some services or products require full payment at the time of booking, while others may allow for a deposit. Full payment policies will be outlined during the booking process. Payments can be made securely via credit card, debit card, or other available methods on the site. 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled date: A full refund will be provided. Cancellations made within 72 hours: A partial refund of 90% of the total amount will be issued. No-show or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued. 4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees. If you reschedule within 72 hours of the appointment, you may incur a rescheduling fee or forfeit your booking deposit. 5. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, the business reserves the right to shorten the duration of your service, or, in some cases, cancel the booking entirely. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late. 6. Changes by the Business: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or modify your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative date, full refund, or other appropriate options. 7. Group Bookings or Special Events: For group bookings or special events, different terms may apply. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process, and deposits or full payments may be required in advance. 8. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account. 9.
